感谢你使用 cubing(“本应用”)。本政策说明我们如何收集、使用与保护你的信息。

1. 我们收集的信息

• 手机号码:用于创建并标识你的本地账户,显示名称默认取手机号后 4 位。
• 使用数据:你在本应用内产生的计时成绩、段位考级记录、证书、已掌握公式与设置项。

2. 信息的存储与使用

当前版本中,上述所有数据仅保存在你的设备本地,用于向你展示成绩、趋势与段位进度。我们不会将这些数据上传到服务器,也不会与第三方共享或用于广告追踪。

3. 第三方

本应用不集成第三方广告或分析 SDK,不进行跨应用 / 跨网站的用户追踪。

4. 权限

本应用不需要访问相机、麦克风、通讯录或定位。提示音通过应用内置音频文件播放,不需要任何系统权限。

5. 数据删除

你可在「我的 → 退出登录」清除本地账户与全部本地数据;卸载本应用也会一并删除所有本地数据。

6. 儿童

本应用不专门面向 13 岁以下儿童,也不会刻意收集其个人信息。

Privacy Policy

Thank you for using cubing (the “App”). This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

• Phone number: used to create and identify your local account; your display name defaults to the last 4 digits.
• Usage data: solve times, grading results, certificates, mastered algorithms and settings you create in the App.

2. Storage & Use

In the current version, all of the above is stored only on your device to show your results, trends and dan progress. We do not upload it to any server, and do not share it with third parties or use it for advertising tracking.

3. Third Parties

The App contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs and performs no cross-app / cross-site tracking.

4. Permissions

The App does not access your camera, microphone, contacts or location. Cue sounds play from bundled audio files and need no system permission.

5. Data Deletion

You can clear your local account and all local data via “Me → Log out”. Uninstalling the App also removes all local data.

6. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.

2. 账户
你以手机号创建本地账户,显示名称默认取手机号后 4 位。账户与数据保存在你的设备本地,请妥善保管你的设备。

3. 使用规范
你应合法、合理地使用本应用,不得用于任何违法用途或干扰应用正常运行的行为。

4. 段位与证书
应用内的段位、证书为本应用提供的练习评价,仅供自我激励与参考,不代表任何官方赛事认证。

5. 免责声明
本应用按“现状”提供,计时与成绩仅供参考。在法律允许的范围内,我们不对因使用本应用造成的任何损失承担责任。

6. 协议变更
我们可能不时更新本协议,更新后的协议在应用内或本页公布即生效。

User Agreement

1. Service — cube timing, scrambles, dan-grading practice, an algorithm library and training drills, for personal learning and practice.

2. Account — a local account created with your phone number (display name = last 4 digits), stored locally on your device.

3. Acceptable Use — use the App lawfully and reasonably; do not use it for any illegal purpose or to disrupt its operation.

4. Dan & Certificates — in-app practice evaluation only; not any official competition certification.

5. Disclaimer — the App is provided “as is”; times and results are for reference only.

6. Changes — we may update this Agreement; the updated version takes effect when published.
